2001 Common Development Through Market Opening, Capacity Building and Full Participation: Report to the APEC Economic Leaders, 2001 ABAC's work each year culminates in a report containing recommendations targeting ways to improve the business and investment climate in the APEC region and to help ensure that all in the region enjoy the benefits of globalization. ABAC developed and refined its recommendations over the year in meetings in Scottsdale, Arizona, Moscow, and Singapore.
